Today we have launched new functionality to integrate the events and booking features. Facility administrators can now choose to have events automatically show on the booking calendar, thereby blocking off those assets (e.g. courts or rooms) for other member bookings. Members are also able to conveniently click through to the event from the booking calendar, to learn more or to sign up.
As administrators update details of the event, it will adjust accordingly on the bookings calendar.
This feature is enabled on all accounts and is available for on new events, or existing events, under Event Settings. We hope you enjoy this added functionality.
