Auto-crediting for canceled bookings

If you use our court booking system to collect court hire fees, then we have a new feature that will help you auto-credit users that cancel bookings. This new feature can auto-credit people based on your facility’s cancelation policy.

For launch, we are giving the option of a full credit for bookings that are canceled before the day of the booking. If a user is entitled to a credit, they will see this appear on their current balance and are able to use those funds towards a future booking.

User’s will also be notified if they are entitled to a credit (or not) when they go to cancel their booking.

To configure this option, go to your facility admin page -> Global Booking Options and look for the new Cancellation Credit Policy setting.
